A truncated BFKL series is studied and applied to hadronic processes. The σ pp(p ¯ p) tot are described with good agreement with data and in a way consistent with the unitarity bound. The elastic scattering amplitude is calculated at t = 0, introducing two distinct ansätze for the proton impact factor. The dσ el /dt is obtained at small t approximation and compared with the data.

We review the status of the solutions to neutrino anomalies by flavor-changing as well as flavor-diagonal neutrino interactions. While it is difficult to explain the atmospheric neutrino data the solar neutrino data can be well accounted for by the massless neutrino oscillation induced by such non-standard neutrino interactions.
